Rules for Super Trip: Must qualify for convention at 10 K level Points awarded for new members only @ 1 K per new member retroactive to June 2017 500 M for any returning member paying re-registration fees Average 1 new member a month for the 10 months (including convention qualifiers) 10 K Point Total trip for two (2) people 6 Total new/returning members trip for one (1) person

Dual Point Use: Special Incentive Bonus Any member preregistering and starting payment plan by August 10 th, 2017 or paying in full. May use point values awarded for the convention in addition to buying down the cost of the Super Trip.

Point value: • 1 K = $50 • 250 M = $12. 50

Additions Rules and Disclaimers: 1. Points can only be used for convention cost and have no actual cash value. 2. Points are non-transferable. 3. Point Dollar Values may be used to buy down the cost of the convention regardless of level achieved in the contest. 4. Member may apply point value to their convention spot and or person sharing cabin but points value may only be used once. 5. Member may decide how to distribute points value I. e. all on member or split between member and person sharing the cabin. 6. Rooms cost are based on Double Occupancy, single convention attendees not wishing to share a cabin may apply unused point values to help defer the cost. 7. Must register for convention to receive incentive points. 8. Registration fee $50. 00 PP mount will be applied to convention cost of the member, nonrefundable unless 10 K status is reached. 9. To receive registration incentives 250 M and payment incentives 250 M the deadline to register is October 1, 2017 for current members or 30 days from date of membership on new member whichever is longer. 10. Payments must be kept current to Schedule posted 11. Convention payments may or may not be refundable pending circumstances

Additions Rules and Disclaimers cont: 12. Members may split points in the case of duel sponsorship 13. Guest not joining after 30 days of initial visit are subject to be co-sponsored by another member, however the 250 K for the visiting guest will only be awarded to the first member. 14. After 60 days of initial visit point values will only be giving to the last sponsor of new member however the 250 K for the visiting guest will only be awarded to the first member. 15. Sponsored members must be in good standing as of January 15, 2018. 16. Sponsored members that are not in good standing as of January 15 may result in an adjustment of credits awarded. 17. New sponsored members brought in after January 15 and before May 2, 2018 will count towards the convention for full applicable credits. 18. After 10 K points awarded have no cash value and can only be used for a 2 nd or 3 rd person sharing same cabin. 19. Points awarded may be subject to 1099 depending on amounts of the award. 20. Member is responsible for turning in and tracking points awarded. 21. TBP Board reserves the right award or disallow points and to change rules of and or venue and time frame of convention and Super Trip.

Payment Schedule TBP 2018 Convention We can only guarantee a certain number of cabins at the stated rate we may or may not be able to additional cabins but the price may be higher. Priority cabin assignment will be given to 10 K Runners first and then assigned by registration date on a first come first booked basis.

Deposit and Payment Deadlines:

The following payment schedule is only for members that do not set up an automatic payment plan. Registration Fee of $50 PP No later than August 15 th 2017** December 20 th $150 PP* Balance March 1 st 2018 *Note Balance and actual amounts may be lower depending on issued credit points ** After August 15 th 2017 all new registrations will be Paid in Full or EFT payment plan

For Members that have selected the monthly EFT option TBP will meet the Deposit requirements regardless of your account balance.

2018 TBP Convention Q&A Questions & Answers: Q: Can I still be awarded points if I’m paid in full? A: Yes, in fact you are encouraged to do so. Q: What happens if my trip is paid on or before the deadline and I am awarded additional points within the time frame of the contest? A: In the event of overpayment of purchased points vs. awarded points you will receive at the convention Kick Off Party a refund check for the full amount of the overpayment including the Registration Fee. Q: Can I bank Purchased Points to help fund my convention on a regular schedule basis? A: No unlike last years convention the funding will be in the form of a payment plan so purchasing points will be not be necessary. It is highly recommended you set it up ASAP, using an automatic bank ATM or credit card draft. Q: Can I pay in extra so I can save money to spend while in Mexico at the convention? A: You can if you want too; the convention cost is $499 minus any credits earned in the contest and or incentive credits. Any combined (credits and payments) amount over the convention cost will be refunded back to the member.

Q & A Cont. Pg. 2 Q: What if I have children I want to bring on the convention trip? A: No Problema – They have kids clubs on the ship that cater to all age groups from young children to teens. A: In Fact you might not see them until its time to leave because the are having so much fun with their peers. Q: Why did I eat so much Pizza? A: Three reasons: Pick ONE 1. 2. 3. Q&A Cont. pg. 3 Q: How much should I set the payment plan up for? A: The registration Fee is $50, the convention cost is $499 PP DO, the contest length is approximately 10 month. This would work out to $50 per month person if you had NO POINTS awarded to attend the convention. Other than the first month fee of $50 you will want to set up your plan based on your expected points awarded. Q: If I reach the 10 K level can I stop the payment plan? A: Yes you have the option to stoop the payment plan or to get a refund before the convention to use as spending money. Q: Will I need a passport? A: There may be a few exceptions to passports, however it is strongly recommended that all members, and anyone traveling with them use a passport. Q: What is the last day for a new member can be sponsored to receive credit points? A: Registration fees and dues for new members must be in place prior to May 1 2018 to be awarded a credit.

Q: Can we invite family and friends on this convention? A: Yes you can the core values of TBP if family and fellowship they are welcome to attend all functions. Q: Am I required to attend the business and networking functions? A: TPB members YES Guest NO but they are welcome.
