OIP Facilitation Process & Timeline n Year 1: Phases I & II u Re-prioritized our work u Committed to scheduled team prep time u Developed a year-long plan for District OIP Team u Collaborated with SST 5 and other regional partners u Attended all ODE trainings. n Year 2: Phases I – IV u OIP became the priority for entire organization u Revised facilitation timeline u Utilized past experiences to streamline the process u Attended ODE trainings u Balanced our work to meet year 1 and year 2 district needs.
