Three things I (you) might do to increase the effectiveness of our team include: l Increase my own responsibility Make more relevant suggestions Take initiative in future ideas and planning Get to know staff members more Help others more Volunteer for more activities. I try my hardest now Not sure what more I can do? ! Incorporate more lesson planning time Require in-house meetings once a week to discuss behaviors and lesson ideas. Encourage beg, borrow, steal method for teacher ideas (rely on each other for ideas) Be involved in school improvement More team work in decision making Participate in more committees Enhance curriculum Reinstate monthly newsletter so we know what all classes are dong on a regular basis. Have frequent “house” meetings –or even just have one at all!
