TRICARE Online Patient Portal Explore military Health IT interoperability through the joint HIE Joint Health Information Exchange The Military Health System has joined national efforts to securely share TRICARE beneficiary health care information electronically with other organizations. This enables health care providers to share medical information with authorized federal and civilian providers over a secure network to provide a more complete view of patients’ medical history.
