Increased in 2016 -17, 113 to 122=9 journals Articles uploaded by Geba Nath Nyaupane (TUCL) Articles uploaded by Editors Articles uploaded by INASP Large number of articles are downloaded from different countries
WEAKNESS OF NEPJOL 1. Irregular issues: v There are some journals are irregular and some of were stop to publish 2. Communication gap between Nep. JOL Management Team and Editors, most of the Editor in Chief have not contact with TUCL /Nep. JOL Team 3. Nep. JOL Management Team is not able to organise Training program for the Journals Editors to upload their journals themselves. 4. Some Journals’ Chief editors are changed and it will be affect to the regular publications

FUTURE PLANS FOR NEPJOL Increase the number of journals included (Target 135) Ensure that content is kept up to date Encourage journals to allow authors to submit manuscripts online Encourage journal editors to use the full online peer-review system Encourage journal editors to load their own content Move the management system in Nepal Cost Sharing & fund rising for Nep. JOL Management Sustainability for fund rising program Regular coordination and take the help from INASP Office 21
CONCLUDING REMARK Visibility of Nepal research motive Journal editors starting to use online management system Possibility of high responsibility in TUCL for Nep. JOL activities Nep. JOL creates empowerment to TUCL for the creation of Center of Excellence It has been better to Nep. JOL being in TUCL for more activities, because of Center Library of Nepal Though volume of Nep. JOL to maintain the standard of center of Knowledge Management in TUCL
