针刺蝶腭神经节 Puncturing Sphenopalatine Ganglion 技术理论基础 Technique theory base 由于炎症等病变的反应，蝶腭神经节的平衡关系被打乱，发生阴阳失衡，甚至长期失调。通常最多见的是鼻腔血管充血、扩张，粘膜肿胀，鼻甲肥大，通气受阻，鼻涕大量增多，进而导致鼻窦口的缩小，甚或堵塞，排泄不畅，窦腔内长期储脓，以上这些就是鼻炎、鼻窦炎或过敏性鼻炎等的一般病理变化，是为副交感神经过于兴奋，而交感神经受到抑制，也就是阴盛阳虚。病变也可引发粘膜缺血，鼻甲变小，分泌物减少而鼻腔干燥、结痂，出现萎缩性鼻炎的症状，为交感神经处于强势，而副交感神经处于弱势。亦即阳盛阴虚。　Diseases such as inflammation can disturb the balance relation of sphenopalatine ganglion, the imbalance can result in vascular congestion or vasodilatation in nasal cavity, mucosa swelling, turbinate enlargement, nasal obstruction, large amount of nasal discharge, then paranasal sinus smaller even obstruction, long time pus etc. Excitement of parasympathetic nerve and inhibition of sympathetic nerve is yin excess and yang deficiency; excitement of sympathetic nerve and inhibition of parasympathetic nerve is yang excess and yin deficiency.
