Learning in Transition Mid Term Co-Management Co management week The co-management is the moment when the incoming middle manager starts leading the team, producing and tracking the weekly priorities of his members. It’s important that the middle manager live the main challenges of his job, because the outgoing middle manager will be there helping and giving feedback of how the new leader could improve his team and operations management. The objective of the co-management period is to give the incoming middle manager the opportunity to live a practical experience supervised by his predecessor. Learning in Transition Mid Term Functional Meetings The outgoing middle manager must get together with the incoming middle manager to solve doubts about functional knowledge assimilated in manual reading. This moment also the sharing of materials and tools used by the team leader of the middle term team. It’s the moment that the outgoing middle manager gives the incoming middle manager all the materials used in the work of the team.
