40 Key Areas where active involvement of State needed. Aspirational Districts Transformation Program Orientation Convergence Problem: Sub-District level officers not aligned. Block level officers and front line workers need to be motivated. Lack of convergence between Health, sanitation and Poshan Abhiyaan. Block level specific plan together with Health, sanitation and nutrition team. Supervision Problem Supervisory officers are inspecting but not supporting ground level staff. They should identify genuine problems and solve them.
