The Payroll Control Center is an add-on that is highly recommend and provides a new and wonderful user experience along with process improvements It is a collection of user interfaces used to manage and run the complete payroll process § Regular payrolls § Off-cycle payrolls The payroll control center encompasses the different phases of payroll § § Pre-Payroll Monitoring (Audit Payroll prior to due date!) (Pre-Payroll Alerts) Alerts are assigned in the “My Processes” or “Team Management” application and can be self assigned in the “Unassigned Alerts” application Alerts are accessed in the “My Alerts” application once they have been assigned Each Alert has key indicator data, details, and solution for how to resolve. Payroll Control Center: Prerequisites SAP ERP Enhancement Package 7 at a minimum to use the PCC but EHP 8 will have it out of the box. § With EHP 7 you must install the “HR Renewal Add On” which is essentially EHP 8 functionality delivered earlier Newer functionality is released in Support Packs and must be turned on with business functions (The more recent the support pack the more recent functionality is included) The components to look at in your system are EA-HR 608 and HR 608 Declustered Payroll Results used to build Alerts & KPIs © 2019 SAP SE or an SAP affiliate company.
