TRANSFER PLANNING Admission Promise Programs q Seamless transfer to Colorado University of Denver, Johnson & Wales, University of Colorado in Colorado Springs, and Fort Lewis College q Students who meet the requirements are AUTOMATICALLY admitted q Students sign-up when registering at CCD or with a Transfer Specialist. q Some institutions waive the Application Fee! q General Requirements: q First time college student q Must earn AA or AS degree q Must meet GPA requirement q Through this program students will receive academic advising support while attending CCD and after they transfer to a 4 -year university
