Training teachers to use the European Language Portfolio Former les enseignants à l’utilisation du Porfolio européen des langues Aim of the project • To support the implementation of the ELP in Council of Europe member states by – developing materials and activities in English and French for ELP-related teacher training – mediating the materials and activities in a central workshop (November 2004) – supporting national ELP training events and follow-up projects (2005– 06) – making the kit of materials and activities generally available (2007)

Training teachers to use the European Language Portfolio Former les enseignants à l’utilisation du Porfolio européen des langues Expected outcomes • The materials and activities to be mediated at the central workshop and made available to potential users on CDROM and via the ECML website • Up to 40 multipliers at international level (central workshop) and an indefinite number of multipliers at national level (national training events and follow-up projects) • The kit of teacher training materials • Dissemination of results via – online reports on the central workshop, national training events and follow-up projects – a final report on the project compiled by the project team (the booklet that accompanies the kit)
