Develop a communication plan to promote residential trades careers to students in secondary schools, vocational schools, and technical institutions, and to the general public. HVAC Quality Workmanship: 1. Develop a contractor training program to fully support residential HVAC contractor accreditation. 2. Develop an HVAC contractor accreditation program. 3.
