TOTEM & CT-PPS status of upgrade project overview installation @ LHC -> 2016 Activities and goals -> TS 1, TS 2 diamond detectors in cylindrical - horizontal RP (4/5 & 5/6) -> installation completed during TS 1 timing detector electronics & cables & integration in readout -> 90% completed during TS 1 and short access after TS 1 -> needs 1 hour access to the tunnel at any stop (firmware) clock distribution (RF) -> thin RF cable installed & test successfully done during TS 1 -> completion during TS 2 -> electronic components & change of LHC power outlet (announced to Marzia) clock distribution (LASER) -> electronic cassette installed in tunnel during TS 1 -> power cable & test during any stop or TS 2 Si strip detector exchange -> prepared to be performed during TS 2 or earlier 10/02/2022 TOTEM & CT-PPS TREX meeting 20. 10. 2016 J.
