Four of TMS managers are former Mead engineers: John Bechie, Justin Murray, Sean Corbitt and Christopher Hoffman. John Bechie worked on #10, #11 and #12 on one side and on the paper machines at the coated mill Chilpaco. John also worked on these machines with Total Maintenance Services as a contractor. John installed #57 winder including foundation, base plates, drives, cranes and winder, all done in 10 shifts, including demo of old #52 winder. John was in maintenance and was involved in #10 PM rebuild, which included installation of new head-box, fourdrinier and press section. Installation included demo of old, new sole plates and machinery installation. John, as a contractor, installed new sectional dryer drives on #23 paper machine. Justin was maintenance superintendent at Chilpaco and was the lead for a new dryer section installation , new sectional drives conversion (lines-haft system taken out also)and hood rebuild on #23 paper machine. Anheuser Busch, Metal Container Corporation Columbus, Ohio Can Plant For MCC, TMS is one of the main contractors that perform maintenance on the can washers. We also work on capital project installations throughout their facility. Most of the welding TMS does at this facility is stainless steel welding of machinery, tanks and piping. Woeber Mustard Company Springfield, Ohio. TMS was awarded the mechanical and electrical packages to install the equipment, structural steel, piping and plc control systems in a new vinegar production plant at the mustard production facility. All project work went according to plan and all systems are working as designed.

Total Maintenance Services Work Examples – Other Industries Marathon Petroleum Catlettsburg, KY TMS was awarded a project to install an explosion proof HVAC, negative pressure system in one of the waste treatment buildings. This project included ducting, HVAC unit, controls and wiring. TMS has done routine duct work at this refinery and did a complete fire system pump/base rebuild. TMS has been engaged in integrating within the Marathon safety system and is qualified to work in any Marathon facility. Austin Powder Company Mc. Arthur, Ohio TMS successfully completed a turn-key construction of a bulk plant designed for emulsion of ammonium nitrate explosives production. Mr. Sean Corbitt, Civil Engineer was the project manager. This work included construction of tank and production building foundations, building construction, tank installation, all utilities above and below ground and includes process equipment installation. Honda of America and Global Performance Greensburg, Indiana For Honda of America/Global Performance, TMS successfully completed a mechanical project. This project mainly consisted of piping and large sheet metal fabrications/installation throughout the plant. TMS had on-site project management personnel and presently has a great working Relationship with both Honda and Global Performance. TMS continues to work for Honda in this plant.
