Dear Parents: During this quarter in FLES class we will cover theme of ALL ABOUT ME (Todo acerca de mí). Your child will learn to: (1) respond to questions about themselves (2) tell about their pets, favorite animal, color and sport (3) describe themselves. As a culmination to this theme, your child will be asked to create a presentation of himself/herself (all about me) using the vocabulary learned in FLES class. This presentation will be started and worked on during class. Please have your child finish anything not completed in class and please practice at home. A hard copy has been given to your child to use in class. An electronic copy is available on the FLES page of your school’s website. Your child will create a poster for this theme. If your child desires to make something else for their presentation in addition to the poster, they may. Ideas include making a Power. Point, a video, etc. The questions below, which will be covered in class, must be included in your child’s presentation. Your child may include more information, but these are the minimum requirements. The questions below are provided for your information.
