1. 2. 3. Method Preheat oven Gas 7/220°C. Chop onion finely and put into mixing bowl. Skin sausages or grate cheese and add into a bowl. Flavour with salt and pepper and any other spices or herbs. 4. Roll or lay out pastry on a floured surface: rectangular for sausage rolls (length of your rolling pin for sausage rolls) or square for cheese pasties. 5. Flour hands and then squeeze sausage mixture together and roll into long sausage shape on a floured work surface. Divide cheese filling into four and place onto pastry. 6. Beat egg in measuring bowl with a fork 7. Paint onto pastry to seal edges and cut to size. Edge with knife or fork. 8. Add air holes and arrange on baking tray. 9. Glaze with egg. 10. Place in oven and bake sausage rolls for 30 mins and cheese pasties for 20 mins until golden brown and firm to touch. Ingredients Pastry: 1 x 320 g pack Jus-Rol™ Puff Pastry Sheet 1 egg Filling: 10 (approx 600 g) good quality sausages or 150 g Cheese 1 onion Salt and pepper
