Kentucky Center for Agriculture and Rural Development (KCARD) KCARD’s reach historically has been driven by good word-of -mouth from farmers using our services. In the past few years, KCARD has moved around its workshops to underserved counties and is doing more outreach into those counties by meeting with extension agents and others.
