IUP Application Dashboard (1) This is the IUP Application Dashboard. It will be the first screen all IUP users see after logging in. IUP Application Dashboard (3) The IUP user can see the status of the IUP PATH Grant Application and can navigate to Actions they can take. IUP Executive Summary This is the Description page under the Executive Summary section. IUP Budget – Example Enter the estimated number of persons to be contacted, served, etc. at the bottom of the budget page. IUP Budget – Example The message “The following information messages occurred: Form was saved successfully” will appear highlighted in the upper left corner of the screen upon saving successfully. Note: The message highlighted above is not the only message that could appear. IUP Budget – Example Navigating back to the IUP Application Dashboard, several columns have been automatically populated after successfully saving the entered budget data. IUP – Submit to State The status changes to Submitted after the IUP is submitted to the state. The IUP user cannot edit the IUP application when the status is Submitted. Please contact the state if changes to the application are needed after submission. The state can: 1. Make the changes manually or 2. Adding a Sub-IUP Clicking the Add New Sub-IUP button brings you to the IUP Profile. Note that “Has Sub-IUPs” is automatically set to No. Enter the information & click Save to return to the Primary IUP Budget. IUP User Application Dashboard The Estimated # to Contact has been changed to 250 by the IUP. The tilde (~) is gone and the text is no longer bolded indicating the IUP was the last to modify the application.
