Adjust the headings and content on this poster template to accommodate the guidelines. Words in each section should be a consistent size not smaller than 20 font, Use left alignment throughout. The content should run left to right but can run from one column to another or the line between columns can be removed. Some organizations request that abstract be included on the poster. § If poster space too tight, and it’s not required, leave abstract off poster. § Suggested headings for a QI project: Background, Objective(s), Methods, Results, Discussion Background / Introduction (choose 1) § Provides brief, non-selective summary of current knowledge of care problem being addressed, and characteristics of organizations in which it occurs § Describes nature and severity of specific local problem or system dysfunction that was addressed.
