What is Title I? O Federal funds to provide programs to help support children

O Federal funds to provide programs to help support children who are struggling in the area of reading & math O Used for a variety of programs and activities designed to increase student academic achievement in the area of reading O Funds are distributed to Districts/schools based on the number of low income students, BUT students are selected to receive services based on academic need!
