Try listening to music without vocals (vocals can be distracting!) ● Set up a structure/ schedule ○ ○ ○ Create a routine for your days (plan times to wake up, exercise, work, eat, etc. . . ) Change out of your PJs : ) Remember to take breaks and reward yourself for success.
