• “my ears you have opened” • He opens our ears to hear His voice, thoughts, plans • He “bores” our ears as a mark of a bondslave/servant dedicated to do the will of his Master. • “a body you have prepared for me” • God prepared a receptacle (vessel) for his pre-existing spirit. • The purpose & plans exist in the spirit • 2 Corinthians 4: 7, “But we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all-surpassing power is from God and not from us. ”
