TIME WASTERS • Time wasters can be described as any internal or external factor

TIME WASTERS • Time wasters can be described as any internal or external factor that affects the management of time • Take forms such as telephone calls, meetings and other types of interruptions

How to control Internal and External Time Wasters • Outgoing calls should be grouped and should be handled at specific time of the day • Action plan of what is urgent and important and what is neither important nor urgent to avoid procrastination • Making sure calls are diverted or screened to the right people • Avoid reading newspapers, have schedule when to read and respond to specific emails and memo
