LEARNER PICTURE
LEARNER PARAGRAPH I’ve learnt that I learn best when information is presented visually to me and written in a language format. I benefit when teachers use a blackboard and a overhead projector. I learn best from class notes and information from the textbooks. I tend to like to study by myself in a quiet room. I like to take notes during lecture and when I'm trying to remember things, see it in my “eyes mind. ”
DAILY SCHEDULE
DAILY SCHEDULE PARAGRAPH My day is pretty busy. I start my day off by waking up. Then I brush my teeth, take a shower and get ready for school. When I reach school I go to my 4 classes, which are math, dance, humanities and info tech. Finally when school ends I come home eat a snack and do my homework. Later on I go to dance and my other activites. After I’m done my activities I talk to friends and spend time with my family. Later on I eat dinner and get ready for bed. Well that’s pretty much how my day goes.
NO NO’S 1. studying with friends: When I study with friends I get very distracted, I can’t work with my friends because we end up goofing off. 2. Last minute cramming: I usually end up doing last minute cramming on Sunday night. When I do this I don’t put in my best effort and rush everything I do. In the end I get a good mark but its not my 100% effort. 3. Too much music: When I listen to music while studying or doing homework, I find myself singing along. : P Its hard to concentrate and listen to music at the same time. 4. Working on my bed: I usually prefer working on a table. When I work on my bed I tend to get sleepy and fall asleep. Also everything gets very messy and disorganized. 5. Multi-tasking: When I am studying I prefer to just stay on task and do one thing at a time. It helps me focus and do things quicker.
YES, YES PICTURE
YES I scored 31 out of 50 on my test. This means that I have a good working habit. But there is room to where I need to improve.
CORNELL NOTE TAKING I prefer using the method of cornell note taking because it is much more simpler and easier to work with then mind mapping. It is more organized and I can’t really study when everything is mixed up like the mind mapping.
