Project Objectives • Deploy and implement an OSU-wide on-line time and leave reporting system – To improve accuracy and consistency. • Eliminate printing and copying information between paper and computers • Automate overtime, holidays, differential and leave calculations – To add convenience • Provide a current running balance of all leave types • Quickly and automatically route timesheets for approval and processing. • Review information from any computer – To add efficiency • Automate time entry so HR employees can focus attention on other pressing needs. • Built-in delegation and routing

Do more of this • Let the system do the math, provide the correct options for my job, update my balances and allow me to request time off • Process time entered on my timesheet, even if I’m out sick and my supervisor is out of town the day they’re due. • Display clock in/out times directly on my timesheet • Allow me to correct errors and add comments from any computer • Integrate special leave (FMLA, disability, state-specific programs) • Give HR employees time to do more HR work • Interpret and apply rules and policy consistently • Provide scheduling solution Beyond this project’s scope—of interest for future phases • Speed up hiring process
