Arrival and Dismissal *Car riders must display the car rider name sign on the right front window AM • Arrival is located at the back entrance after 7: 30 • Morning students are considered tardy after 8: 05. It is required for parents to escort students to the front office at this time. • Dismissal is at 11: 00 am located at the back entrance for car riders, walkers, and daycare PM • Arrival is located at the back entrance at 12: 15 • Afternoon students are considered tardy after 12: 25 (At this time, please walk in the front office to check your child in. ) • Dismissal is at 3: 00 pm located at the back entrance for car riders, walkers and daycare • If your Pre-K student has an older sibling at Timbers, he or she will need to be dismissed at 3: 05 and will need to report to the back entrance. *Any student who is picked up late more than 2 times will be required to be picked up from an administrator.
Rainy Day Procedures • All arrival and dismissal will be located at the back entrance on rainy days. • If your Pre-K student has an older sibling at Timbers, he or she will need to be dismissed at 3: 05 as well per principal request and will need to report to the back entrance. After a form of transportation has been established for the school year, in need of change, a signed note is required 30 minutes prior to dismissal Please include in the note: • The date of pick up • Name of Adult picking up your child • Signature of the parent or guardian. *A photo id is required to release the student *Please include the note in the child’s daily notebook for easy finding.

Breakfast Morning students will receive breakfast from 7: 30 to 8: 00; after 8: 00 we will be cleaning up to head to the classroom. • Students will not be allowed to eat breakfast after 8: 00 • Elementary Breakfast $1. 30 Reduced Breakfast: $0. 30 Lunch Afternoon students will be served lunch from 12: 20 to 12: 50 • Elementary Lunch $2. 10 Reduced Lunch $0. 40 Humble ISD Food Service Regulations • Child must choose a grain, protein, fruit or vegetable to constitute a meal. • There must be 3 -5 of these items on a tray or student will be charged a la carte price. • Additional items will be a la carte. e. g. Supplies Needed • Please provide a change of clothes for your child in case of minor accidents (liquid spills, urination, etc). Parties, Special Events, and Volunteers *Make sure we are aware of any food allergies • Volunteers can not check in till after 9: 00 and ALL volunteers need to check into the front office. • 3 Parties a year- Winter, Friendship, Spring • Special Events-Super Kids Day, etc. • No Birthday Invitations or goody bags are to be handed out under any circumstance! • You may purchase ice cream in the cafeteria for the class a week in advance to celebrate your child’s birthday • A donation of $10 will be asked for at the beginning of the school year. • The money requested will be used towards food items and activities for the 3 school parties. • No donation of food, candy, or drinks will be accepted for parties.
