Learning Intention: Think Creatively and Independently. Success Ø Create a mood board. Ø Display facts and figures. Ø Be creative with your mood board; appeal to the senses; sight, smell, touch for example.

Mood board: Choose a positive mood eg; happiness, relaxed, sleepy, peaceful etc Design a mood board that conveys your chosen 'positive' or well-being mood. . This can take the form of large piece of paper or card OR Power point OR Project Just use whatever resources you have available. Traditionally a mood board would be made of card but you can do yours as a power point etc if you don’t have card at home. You can even just write down what you would have included if you could : ) Most importantly have a little fun with it!

Research your chosen mood; find information about your chosen mood Ø Is it 'good' for your well-being to experience 'happiness' for example? Why? Ø What generally makes people happy? Ø Are there any downsides to your chosen mood? What are they? Ø Do people make money out of your chosen mood? There is for example a whole industry built on helping people relax. . . Ø Why did you choose this mood? REMEMBER to provide all the sources of where you got your information from.

Be creative: appeal to different senses : ) Think about creative ways you can display this information. Could you provide a play list of happy songs for example? Could you hyperlink to them? Could you copy or draw album covers? How can you show facts and figures about your chosen mood? Could you use different colours? Are there any colours particularly associated with your chosen mood? Why? Can you use different materials to appeal to the sense of touch? Could you stick some lavender to a mood board about relaxation for example?
