Try a different activity each day. You also have some English and Maths (separate document) activities to complete every day. Remember, the answers are at the back of the pack so you can check your work each day. There is a set of words included for you to learn for spelling. Ask someone to test you on them on Friday. The time of day you complete the activities is whatever works best for the adult in your home. However, if you want to complete the Joe Wick PE live, this must be at 9 am but it will remain on You. Tube for access after this. Please email or bring your completed work to school for us to look at. 1

Project of the week. We are going to find out about Volcanoes! Use your fantastic reading skills to investigate how they are made and a variety of Volcanoes you could come across. At the end of the week have a go at the ‘make your own Volcano’ craft activity. If you are unable to do this task, use your sketching, drawing and shading skills to draw a Volcano instead. You could even use your new found knowledge to write some fun facts around it! 8

It is broken up into huge areas called tectonic plates that float on top of the mantle. Use two pieces of paper to act as the plates. The rocky valley floor was caused by cooled lava. This valley is surrounded by volcanoes that have formed as the plates move apart.
