Observations �Most laboratories only complete one DI water wash �Occupants confused about recycling procedures within buildings �Daylight used often rather than lighting available within laboratory �No space heaters being used �Most laboratory occupants either bike or take the bus to work �Some laboratories obtain specimens from nearby locations

Improvements �~5 -10 k. Wh/day savings in each laboratory �Saving 60, 000 L/year of cooling water �Chemical waste segregations �More incubators than refrigerators in use
