TPV MATERIAL Thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) are two-component materials consisting of an elastomeric portion and a rigid thermoplastic portion. The elastomeric component provides the rubber effects such as flexibility, elasticity, flexibility and low temperature properties. The thermoplastic part provides hardness, processability, recyclability and high temperature properties. Thus, TPEs are rubber-like materials that can be recycled as thermoplastics. The concentrates contain black pigments, anti-UV additives, hydrolysis-resistant additives, heat-stabilizing and flame retardants. TPEE is ideal for parts that require excellent bending fatigue strength and wide temperature ranges of use. It resists tearing, growth of cuts due to bending, creep and abrasion. It guarantees strength and rigidity combined with exceptional resilience while resisting hydrocarbons and many other fluids.
