Then Cometh the End § Christ will Return

The Dead will be Raised § Physical death is not the end (Eccl. 12: 7) There will be a resurrection of all the dead – (Jn. 5: 28 -29) �There will only be one general resurrection of the dead. (Acts 24: 15) § Will be given new bodies – (1 Cor. 15: 37 -38; 1 Cor. 15: 53 -54; 1 John 3: 2) §

Then Cometh the End § § § Christ will Return The Dead will be Raised Change the Living

Change the Living Some will be living at His return (1 Cor. 15: 51 -52) § Flesh must be changed (1 Cor. 15: 50) §

Bring this present world to an end The earth is only temporary. God never intended it to be eternal. (2 Pet 3: 10) § Every element! So live right! (2 Pet. 3: 11) §

The Judgment All of us will be present at the Judgment when the end comes. None will escape it. § Fear God – (Eccl. 12: 13 -14) § All must appear – (2 Cor. 5: 10) §

The Judgment To be Judged by God – (Rev. 20: 12; Rom 14: 11 -12) § Christ will be the Judge – (Jn. 5: 22; Acts 17: 30 -31) § The word of God will be the standard by which we will be judged. (Jn. 12: 48; Rom. 2: 16) §

Then Cometh the End § § § Christ will Return The Dead will be Raised Change the Living Bring this present world to an end The Judgment The Kingdom will be delivered up

The Kingdom will be delivered up Christ will present the kingdom to the Father – (1 Cor. 15: 24) § The kingdom is the church – (Mt. 16: 18) § The kingdom is not of this world – (Jn. 18: 36; Phil 3: 20) ØThis defeats the idea of setting up an earthly kingdom §

Then Cometh the End § § § § Christ will Return The Dead will be Raised Change the Living Bring this present world to an end The Judgment The Kingdom will be delivered up The Reign of Christ will End

The Reign of Christ will End Christ was given dominion, glory, and a kingdom when He ascended to God, the Father, after His resurrection from the dead – (Dan. 7: 13 -14; Acts 1: 9; Eph. 1: 19 -23) § Christ will give rule back to the Father – (1 Cor. 15: 24 -28) §
