THE VISION OF THE BASE CAMP THERE WERE THREE TENTS: 1. A tent that had all the weapons in it 2. A tent that had the medical supplies, it was a clinic for the injured soldiers 3. A tent that was set up as a kitchen, it had all the food supplies in it I saw the enemies base camps all around us…. Our tent was in the middle, where we were worshipping and praying I heard the sound of shots fired at the enemy and walked over to where a canon was standing empty. I was surprised to notice the shots were fired from this empty canon.

When our guards were down, the enemy fired arrows at us. I saw the enemy hitting down the posters advertising the revival, I saw the arrows, raining down on Pastors … I then saw a General coming on a white horse he was dressed like a knight, his eyes had fire in it, his sword was made of fire, and he had a cloak of fire on. The flames of fire was swinging on his back as he came riding on this horse, the Lord of Hosts of Heaven’s Armies. He came to us at the base camp, and looked at me with piercing eyes, saying you are wondering who is shooting at the enemy. As you worship me, I release a host of Angels that fights the battle against your enemy. You do not have to fight the battle, just continue worshipping me and praying as you are doing now and I will fight for you.

There was the big canon standing near us, as we worshipped and prayed, the canon started turning on it’s own, shooting at the enemy…this canon was moved by our prayers I heard: look, the enemy is retreating…The General said when you come together to pray in unity, the enemy is retreating… When you pray, thank, praise and worship me, it rains down fire on the enemy and the enemy retreats… I saw pastors running up and down, trying to get to the base camp, and we were praying for them, the canon fired at the enemy automatically, no managed it… the fire of God’s presence moved it and the enemy was defeated!

The Mission: Holy Spirit revealed, I am teaching you how to set up ‘Spiritual War Rooms’ A SPIRITUAL WAR ROOM [Base Camps] [Discuss in small groups: ] What is your understanding of a spiritual war room? Think about this: National Governments maintain military war rooms to display all kinds of scenarios for strategic planning. Churches need a similarity for their world role.

DEFINITION OF COMMAND CENTREWAR ROOM A command center often called a war room, is any place that is used to provide centralized command for some purpose. While frequently considered to be a military facility, these can be used in many other cases by Governments or Businesses.

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF A COMMAND CENTRE, WAR ROOMUPPER ROOM It is a place where we do the following: • Planning prayer strategies, including ministry objectives, mobilization, policy, and progress tracking • Providing guidance for leadership interaction, intercession, and action assessing “what the Holy Spirit is saying to the Churches” • Keeping intercessors informed of developing data • Training Staff, Trainers, Coordinators, and Intercessors • Preparing and stocking materials • Identifying spiritual targets • Mapping territory for spiritual responsibility • Visualizing progress for praise or prayer • Reporting on answers to prayer

LET US LOOK AT THE REQUIRED ITEMS YOU WILL NEED AS A CHURCH FOR THE WAR ROOM: • A room or area set apart for visualizing Prayer action • Maps of entire areas to be served by the Strategic Prayer Team [Coordinators] • Charts depicting objectives, progress, problems and praise items • List of volunteers and their adopted prayer targets

EXAMPLE OF IDENTIFYING SPIRITUAL TARGETS FOR THE CHURCH, THAT WILL BE PLACED IN THE WAR ROOM: The most important action is to appoint a Prayer Coordinator that will mobilize prayer, and Intercessors and sustain continuous prayer in the Church[24/7 Day and Night Prayer] Prayer Coordinator : Job description Purpose: To develop a prayer-leadership team for the Great Commission objectives of the Church

QUALIFICATIONS: • A steadfast, growing prayer life • Ability to leaders • Agreement with doctrinal position and administrative policies of the Church • Commitment to revival and fulfillment of the Great Commission of Jesus Christ

RESPONSIBILITIES: • Model, encourage, and nurture various forms of prayer • Serve as a channel of communication between Church staff and Congregational Intercessory groups. • Stimulate, assist, and coordinate Prayer activities

DUTIES: • Intercede. • See that a prayer leader is elected or appointed for each division of the Body. • Meet with prayer leaders periodically to encourage, evaluate, and refine the prayer ministry. • Promote the Great Commission • Prayer Goals of the body. • Train a growing team of prayer leaders.

DUTIES CONTINUES… • Plan prayer studies, workshops, classes, seminars, and conferences for recommendation to decision-makers. • Establish and maintain a spiritual war room to monitor progress. • Help leaders in each division to use prayer agendas. • Assist church staff in planning an annual prayer conference. • Confer with church staff and prayer leaders concerning the big prayer issues.

THE PRAYER COORDINATOR IS ACCOUNTABLE TO: The Pastor or ministry leader The Organizational network of prayer leaders THE TERM OF SERVICE FOR THE PRAYER COORDINATOR IS SET BY THE OFFICIAL BODY IN ITS VOLUNTEER AND STAFF POLICIES.

THE SNAKE IN THE SKY, TURNED INTO THE DRAGON, THAT THE CHINESE CARRY DURING THEIR SACRED FEASTS. HE WAS SPITTING FIRE, AND EVERYONE OUTSIDE WAS DESTROYED. THE FIRE COULD NOT TOUCH THE HOUSE/CHURCH WHERE THEY WERE KEPT SAFE BY GOD.
