Elements. Actors, lighting and scenery. The actors are Nina Dobrev, Ian Somerhalder, Paul Wesley and Candice Accola. It is pretty dark all the way through the series to set a scary mood. It is filmed in a dark warehouse with very dim lights, the woods, historic old buildings and in the dark with fog to give off a scary mood. They also use grave yards, rooms with dark wood and candle lit rooms. They also use a cophin.

Is it for purpose? I think it is fit for purpose because it’s against the original idea. It’s not against the original idea because they wanted to make a series about vampires. I think it is right for genre because there is violence in it. The setting is dark so it goes well for the series. I think the age rating is appropriate because there is swearing and violence in it. I think it meets the expectations because of all the blood that is in it. I think the reaction of the user will be good because they will be excited.
