Team Life Skills: Delivery • Individual meetings (45 -60 minutes) with each team 4

Team Life Skills: Delivery • Individual meetings (45 -60 minutes) with each team 4 times each year. A four year rotation of programs ensures new content. • Meetings are conducted on team turf. • Programs are individually tailored to engage student athletes from very different “team cultures” and to meet identified team needs. • Programs are didactic in process and involve practical application of the skills.
