CRN – Click on the CRN for each section you are teaching and a list of the candidates in your course will appear.

Student’s Name will be identified Click on the student’s name to begin entering data Data Entry – You will be required to enter data for each section

Rubric Assessment – You will note that the rubric will be listed on the assessment followed by the choices of “Not Met, ” “Met, ” or Exceeded. ” Click on the radio button that applies.

Evaluator’s Comment – You must make a comment in this section. You may want to make your comment relative to the standards. Final Assessment – You must make an overall choice for the assignment of “Not Met, ” “Met, ” or Exceeded
