Bad relationships always threaten to get worse if you bring Jesus into them. Don’t give in to that fear!

My relationships are only as good as my prayer life (prayer is the way I bring Jesus and His abundant life into my relationships)

What three relationships need to change in your life?

[v 29] GET PRAYING If we will pray according to God’s Word anything is possible

And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Son may bring glory to the Father. You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it. (John 14: 13 -14)

You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you to go and bear fruit—fruit that will last. Then the Father will give you whatever you ask in my name. This is my command: Love each other. (John 15: 16 -17)

[v 22 -24, 29] GET SERIOUS What you are convinced of you do consistently.

Then Jesus told his disciples a parable to show them that they should always pray and not give up. (Luke 18: 1)

Alarm 9: 29 “This kind cannot be driven out by anything but prayer (and fasting)”

[v 22 -24] GET TOGETHER Jesus gives “us” great authority in prayer

‘Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. (Matthew 6: 9 -10)

Give us today our daily bread. Forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. ’ 13) (Matthew 6: 11 -

if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land [community]. (2 Chronicles 7: 14)
