Technological control • Automatical integrated technological control-good • Good knowledge about technological control parameters GEP (good env. practice)-written and available instruction 2. Abatement control • Exsist in the independent room • They control main parametres GEP (good env. practice)-comunication between two control rooms

CONSUMPTIONS AND EMISSIONS • Raw materials: coal, crude oil, air, water • Regular control of raw materials • Emissions: SO 2, NOX, dust, CO 2 GEP(good env. practice) -the practice to measure and control the consuption of raw materials per unit production -ecological, techno and economic fisibality study must be done to achieve emission standards and economical investement program should be elaborated

MONITORING • Continous monitoring system does not work • Existing measure units are situated: - in front of stack - after the ESP(electrostatic precipitator) GEP - to repair continous monitoring system immediately - to improve communication between operational control

ENERGY EFFICIENCY Current status: -energy efficiency is about 40% GEP -to have procedure for assessment and improvement overall energy efficiency, including information system with updated information on the tech. development of the sector
