Part Three: Answering Questions in Everyday Situations In this part, you will be asked 5 questions that are typically asked in a specific situation. You will have 15 seconds to prepare your answers and 10 seconds to respond to each question.

Situation 1 You are in a restaurant and would like to eat a sirloin steak. Be prepared to say how you would like the steak cooked, what side dish and drink you would like with the steak, and when you want your drink served in complete sentences. Now you will be asked 5 questions. You will have 10 seconds to respond to each question. For each question, begin responding immediately after you hear the beep.

Situation 2 You are thinking of going on an overseas trip with some friends for New Year's. You are now about to call a travel agent to book a package tour. Be prepared to answer relevant questions in complete sentences. Now you will be asked 5 questions. You will have 10 seconds to respond to each question. Situation 3 You have gone to a luggage store to purchase a suitcase for an upcoming month-long vacation. Be prepared to answer questions about the size, color, price, and features of the luggage you want in complete sentences. Now you will be asked 5 questions.
