Process Overview At the Outside Process, (Galvanizer, Painter, Job Site, Etc. ) the Bar Code is Scanned as it is Received, Shipped or Moved. Electronic Files from the Outside Process Transactions are E-mailed to the Fabricator. STS at the Fabricator Updated with the Electronic Files. Update External Software Packages - Fab. Q. C. Benefits § The Q. C. department reduced staff hours creating an approximate savings of $35, 000 per year. § Reports now indicate what NDE was done per load; reducing staff time spent compiling this information from 3 hours to an average of 20 minutes. § At least 30% more Q.
