First, since Christ came into the world to heal the broken-hearted, it means God loves broken-hearted people. 2. Try to include those who are alone in part of your holiday celebration. Finally, the best way to help a hurting person is to point them in the direction of Jesus.

To make the biggest difference in the lives of the people we care about, we must point them beyond the celebration of Christmas and help them to see the one who came, who lived, who died, who rose from the grave, all so that He might be able to heal those who’s hearts were broken with spiritual, emotional or physical pain and suffering.
