EDUCATIONAL MATTERS The role of SACNASP in the Higher Education sector (Act 27 of 2003): • Advise institutions regarding the training of Natural Scientists (Deans of Sciences Forum established) • Admission qualifications under revision • Collaborate with HEQC with regard to accreditation of Educational Programmes at Universities (MOU) • Many local and foreign qualifications have been evaluated for registration purposes 15/09/2020 SA Council for Natural Scientific Professions (SACNASP) 7
