The idea behind ECCC To achieve the EU 20 -20 -20 targets a great number of individuals must get involved. We have created a sports-like online competition to encourage individual households to participate in energy saving. The aim is to show that it is possible to reach the targets in everyday life by a large number of European Citizens. The sole responsibility for the content of this document lies with the authors.
