Message for the Children q Be happy with yourself, you don’t need to change who you are to fit in with others q Treat others as you would like to them to treat you q even if someone looks different on the outside they are the same as you on the inside q. Fashion trends are another thing that children can discriminate against
Ø Adults might still discriminate against others even if it’s not about race ØThey might discriminate based on gender, language, religion, fashion ØAdults do not need to instill discrimination into there children ØSome adults can take advantage of other adults just like Sylvester Mc. Monkey Mc. Bean took advantage of the Sneetches.
“They Favorite Quote never will learn. No. You can’t teach a Sneetche” Sylvester Mc. Monkey Mc. Bean ‽ Mc. Bean thought that the Sneetches were never going to get along o work together, this has also happened in our country but as a country we proved everyone wrong. ‽People don’t discriminate that much anymore and try to get along or acknowledges everyone's differences.
Summarizing v the Sneetches is a group of people, who look the same beside one thing; the stars on their bellies v The ones that have stars on their bellies think that they are better than the others, and they exclude the ones without the stars on their bellies v When everyone tried to be the same, they forgot who was who and it didn’t matter who had stars on their bellies or not… THEY WERE ALL THE SAME!!
