The Professors Bad Luck By: Kayla Chambers
In a land filled with grasslands and deciduous forests was a little girl named Susie. She finds a book that makes her feel woozy. Page 2
It is about a magical land filled with a strange community. She decides that she can’t miss this awesome opportunity. Page 3
She jumps into the biotic book, but cannot be seen. She walks to the freshwater biome where there is a professor so mean. Page 4
The professor is sitting by the polluted lake. What she sees next makes her belly ache. Page 5
Producer Consumer The water is polluted and looks just yucky. There are no producers or consumers because the air smells mucky. Page 6
Biodiversity in this town used to abound But now here in this ecosystem they are no where to be found. Page 7
No habitat for the animals so there’s no food chain. So here in this town there is nothing to gain. Page 8
The Professor got to thinking “Did I do all this? ”. Surely just debarking the truffula trees would not cause me to be dissed. Page 9
Everyone knows the tree bark is magic. But looking at the deforestation is quite tragic. Page 10
Susie has an idea that just might help. She dives into the lake and comes out covered in plankton and kelp. Page 11
She goes to the professor and asks what he is upset about. He says, “I just don’t have the energy to make everything all work out. ” Page 12
Susie convinces the professor to give her the last piece of bark. She will take it home to a new environment, plant it and create a brand new park. Page 13
So off she goes not looking for a restoration reward. And here comes a Lorax with a Tree Saver Award. Page 14
THE END I hope you enjoyed!!!!!!
