The President should call the meeting to order. This basically means getting everyone’s attention. Secretary should read the minutes from the last meeting. This refreshes everyone’s memory on what is going on. Ask if anyone has any changes to make to them.

SOME EXPECTATIONS AND RULES • You will participate in all activities • There will be swimming involved so make sure you will be ready for this. • You are expected to clean up after yourselves. • There are set times for everything including eating, set-up, & clean-up; you must be on time. • Be respectful and courteous to everyone • If you are told not do go somewhere or not to do something…don’t (you don’t want to see my dark side)
Water Conservation • The camp is low on water supply so…. – They are asking you to take only one shower per day or less. – Bring a water bottle with you and bring it when in the dining hall so you are not tossing any water away.
CIMI STORE AT CAMP • CMI Store – There is a store to buy t-shirts and sweatshirts – If interested bring money for this – Cash is only accepted at the CIMI Store
2019 Chaperones Cathy Culver- I have been married to my husband Jim for 12 years and we have one son. I have taught at Chandler High since 2000; before that I worked at Valley Recycling Inc. as a Recycling Coordinator for two years. Teaching is a passion of mine Christian Godoy- Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education-Chemistry from Arizona State Eric Dendinger- Jentry Yard- Earned a Bachelors degree in Biology and a Masters degree in Education with an emphasis in Biology. I currently hold my gifted endorsement and I am highly qualified in Biology. I have had the opportunity to teach and 7 th/8 th Grade Core and Gifted Science, Honors Biology, and AP Biology.
MEDICAL FORMS MEDICATION • All prescriptions medication that usually goes through the school nurse, must be given by an adult while on the field trip (unless epi-pen/inhaler, birth control, vitamins). • Medication dropped off to Mrs. Yard no later than March 6 th either before school-7 -730 or after school 2: 30 -3 pm) with the accompanying form-medication will not be accepted from a student. • Medication must be in the original bottle with the proper label (student’s name, instructions etc. ) and placed in a plastic Ziploc bag. • Medication will be kept in a safe and secure location and students will initial form when medication is taken. • If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact Jentry Yard @ Yard.
