Its about selling your product or service… • Not specific to industry or market • General idea is to bring people together to exchange conversations around what their business is and find people who they could add value too (rarely vice versa) • Attendees collect thousands of business cards, many of whom are no use to them Peer networking isn’t held as a public event • These networking events are advertised specifically to the target markets • Presented with people in your own sector • Is about coming together with others to share experiences, advice and best practice and to gain inspiration and ideas.

Up will have people from specific industries who will be delivering workshop and training sessions for attendees to gain tailored market knowledge • Attendees will be able to meet key stake holders in their industry • Saves time when meeting people by meeting the right people from the start • Build your own network and reputation to your target audiences • Gain and share valuable knowledge, experiences • Opportunity to showcase your experience through workshops and raise your profile Peer. Meet. Up is about connecting and collaborating with the right people.

What will Peer. Meet. Up involve? Monthly meetups will consist of events based on topics which are needed by the attendees. • You will have the opportunity to network with key stake holders Peer. Meet. Up will introduce a range of innovative tools to engage beyond the hours you meet every month • We also operate a Whatsapp group that is open to all. So what else… We launched Peer Meetup for Training Providers in London on 23 rd March 2016, we held our second on 19 th of April and here we are now at our third, so what next… • We are currently in the planning process for Manchester and Birmingham Peer Meet ups and we plan to continue the development of our London Meetups. • We can’t do this without the right partnerships, contact us if you are interested in any capacity • The real benefit to you guys is the ability to talk and collaborate with each other, there is no pressure here to network, but speak to each other about anything that you need assistance on, share you experiences. Final Thoughts…. Our sector is hard and keeps getting harder, but there is no time to mourn the past or to feel sorry for ourselves. Its our job as leaders in our business to adjust to the reality of the current market place which isn’t going to slow down for us. The real challenge is to see each other as collaborators not competitors and to give before we ask… that and moving fast enough!
