Recording Decision Making It is important to know that decision makers are accountable for their decisions. In some circumstances it will be necessary to provide a rationale on how you have come to make that decision. The CAD plays an important role within the decision making so a brief rationale on the CAD remarks could assist those that are dealing with the incident. Remember – The more information you have the easier it is to make that decision and recording this on the CAD is essential to a third party dealing with that CAD. Suffolk CCR Training 2018
