As he's going through the water he sees a dead manatee that was shot. • He got the police and took the to the site of the dead manatee. It wasn’t there so no one believed him. • He doesn’t know who the killer is. Solutions • He finds out the killer from going fly fishing with Dirty Dan. • There was one bullet shell in the water. • He finds the killer through Dirty Dan and the killer is Dan’s 30 year old son Blink is mentally handicapped. It was an accident for Blink to kill the manatee.
