Friday night we had this party, right?

Well, there was some beer and stuff.

Some of my friends think it’s OK to drink beer or smoke weed.

But my BEST friend got really sick. He can’t even remember much about what happened.

I don’t want my friend to get mad at me. And I don’t want to get him in TROUBLE.

So what should I do? What if he really does have a problem?

Magruder has a STUDENT ASSISTANCE TEAM.

I can fill out this CONFIDENTIAL Concern Form

I don’t even have to sign it. Everything is TOTALLY CONFIDENTIAL!

I’ll put the form in an envelope, addressed to STUDENT ASSISTANCE, And mark it CONFIDENTIAL.
