Psych. Work Environment Survey The overall conclusion is that the survey show that the working environment at the Maersk Institute in general is good, and that the study does not call for specific actions in the short term. The study, however, point to aspects of the work environment that can and should be improved through a more long-term effort § There should be an ongoing dialog on of expectations for performance and results § There should be a better stability in staff assignments, and distribution of these should be made more transparent to employees. § There should be a better dialogue between researchers on the development of our research Mærsk Mc-Kinney Møller Instituttet
